    Purchased pair of men’s shoes. Listing heading and 3 other places in listing size stated as men’s size 15. Received shoes and found shoes were size 14 as stated on shoe. Tried them on intending to keep and just leave + feedback if they fit. Did not fit, contacted seller. Seller gave me a partial refund and I was stuck for over$9 for shoes I could not use. Poor way to treat purchaser especially when seller was totally in the wrong. Lack of honesty/integrity in my opinion.

    The buyer reached out to me stating that their order was the incorrect size. I immediately apologized as this was a typo in the listing & A.I. copied it to the description. Since this was an oversight, I refunded the buyer the purchase price of their order AND advised they could keep the item. There was no attempt to be dishonest to this buyer, simply an unfortunate oversight. I refunded them, even thought they threatened me with poor feedback, because I am honest & I do have integrity.
