Amazing book on an unpopular war

This book has been eye opening in many respects. I have known about the conflict since I was a child but I know much more now, thanks in large part to these books. After seeing the lies that the media fabricated about my own experience in war, I prefer to rely on the words of those that were actually there instead of the “guided tour of history” that most of us take. Hannes captures you from the beginning, and is able to keep your interest, as long as your enjoy books about war written by those that are actually there. Another thing he does is give a brief explanation of the politics surrounding different events which helps very much in seeing why events transpired as they did. I am looking forward to reading more of the books from this author. This book is excellent and is a great addition to any historians library.

Arrived broken. Poorly made

If this bezel can be broken so easily, I can’t imagine that it would survive any real duty work. Surefire does several things well. This bezel is not one of them.

Doesn’t fit with standard scout end cap

The end cap for all scout lights doesn’t fit on this light. Unfortunate because I have extras with the pressure switch. Thanks to surefire and their endless greed, these scout lights aren’t compatible. It’s a nice light but don’t assume it compatible with other scout lights accessories.
