My happy little sharpener!
I bought this on a recommendation from my art teacher. It is perfect for quick sharpening of the pencils I sketch with. I love it.

This book is spot on...
I heard a blogger read an excerpt from this book and knew I wanted to read it. At first I thought the writing would be too heavy for me (right now) as I just went through a battle with cancer, but I continued on. I am so glad that I did. It gave words to feelings I have had throughout my experience with health issues. It turned out feeling just right...not happy or sad or melancholy or joyful, but just right. I underlined and bracketed many sections that I know will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend this book.
