  Quick delivery. Although piece was wrapped with care, it did arrive damaged. Seller immediately answered me and refunded the full cost. I respect the integrity with which this seller conducts their business. I would highly recommend dealing with them as I know I will in the future.

  I had the misfortune to receive this plate in pieces, even though the seller had packed it well, and had placed a big red "Fragile" sticker on the outside. I sent him/her a picture of the broken plate and, in less than 30 minutes, I had received a refund! This is really great customer service, and I would definitely consider buying from this seller again.

  The Seller was wonderful to work with. Great communication, fast shipping, and great care in packaging. The box came wet (no rain in our area) and highly damaged. The inside plates were wrapped so well that whatever happened to the package did not cause any damage to the plates!
