A cracking good product.
I pulled it open too far on one occasion,and it smashed the whole egg. I did get the hang of it, and it does work okay

Simple to Operate
I recently got this machine, and I am very pleased with it. I downloaded the manual, and found it easy to operate. Nice crema, when you tamp down the coffee not too hard. Water heats quickly, and coffee comes at a good speed. Warm the coffee cup first. The milk frother is easy to use,and you soon have a nice cappuccino.
This machine will pay for itself when you think what you might spend in a coffee shop.
