Viaduct track small squeeze in track connection

When you are in a tight sport adding new track to an existing layout. Sometimes the connects are not the normal connection sizes . Therefore you need to squeeze in a little extra track either ahead or behind to permit the connection. This is especially true when using viaduct track on an existing layout
