Had to pick the item up at the seller's house (local pickup) and seller was nice enough to help me load it into my truck (and offered me a couple of other freebies that are useful for the elderly). Had numerous communications with the seller over bidding and options coordinating the pick up. Most communications were responded to very quickly.

Works with modifications
The springs don't pull down to hold the tablet in place, I added some more spring to the clamping and it works ok. I don't recommend it thought, the mechanism that holds the tablet in place is a little flimsy.
