OK, but not great.
This book has some good information and ideas available. The text is reasonably written and easily understood, (at least to me), but being published in 1995 with NO color is unforgivable. Some of the black and white photos are muddy and not easily grasped, (at least to me). This work would be hard for a beginner to use. There are many better books available that are easier to use and color is absolutely necessary for this subject.

Excellent reference work.
This book is a great source for beginners or experienced users. Photos are well shot and easily grasped. Color is employed throughout. Excellent reference work.

Disappointed.
A waste of cash. No color pictures. All B & W pic's. You can find any of this info in any library.
