  Seller listed the item with $67.20 shipping then refused to ship unless I paid $160 for shipping. I finally offered to pay the shipping amount he requested but instead he refused to ship the item and refunded the money instead. A deceptive experience by listing the shipping for a cheaper amount then trying to upcharge after the auction is completed.
