Great, but minus one star...
Serves my purpose at an affordable price with cosmetic wear and tear that's easy to clean-up. BUT, this particular model uses the same twist lock connector for the 240v outlet as it does for the 120v outlets on either side, with only a small label. Obviously the prior owner covered it with duct tape...I'll switch it out, but loss of star.

Looks great with unique leg style, but...
First of all, this stuff looks great with the unique flange on the legs. It's heavy, but that's to be expected with a high-quality chrome, and heavy-duty steel construction. The only thing that makes me leave this hardware at home (and take away rating stars) is the cumbersome base plate on the hi hat stand. It works and it's sturdy once you get it put together, but you need a drum key for the side lugs and there are two wing nuts with a loose plate to hold the base together, after sliding the tabs into receiver slots...if you're confused, that's my point...it's a bit of hassle to deal with. Patience is a virtue, and a strong back is a plus when gigging with this stuff.

A must have in any PA gear box! Having 4-6 of these on hand should do it!
very useful on stage and all around kit. I was concerned, having read a review about gashes in drum when mounted to rim, but if mounted on outermost teeth, does not appear to be a problem that I can see. I like that it's "universal" for a variety of mic holders or other accessories with mic threads. Getting 4 more soon.
