  Received the product which claimed it was “new”. It was NOT new but the stone was real and after a good cleaning I believe it yo be authentic. Seller sends an authenticity card from a jeweler. I will be following up with that jeweler as no other info was written. The seller was rude to the point where I believed seller violated FB refs. Reported to FB. Never once mentioned returning product, but seller started calling me names and said I was a scammer. I was pretty shocked by reaction.

  The buyer made up a false story. In fact, if she didn’t like the merchandise she could have easily opened a case with ebay and returned it.
