  Shipping from Florida to Calif took 17 days. Not happy with seller's reasons and not shipping to my home. PO Box&home address listed clearly with EBay and PayPal. Seller told to use my home address for shipment. Seller stated "EBAY would not ship UPS" even after it was stated in the item description? Seller chose FedEX with a PO Box? Wrong. Package went FedEx then Postal Service Smart Post, a cheaper and much LONGER delivery time. Packaging sloppy and unprofessional for expensive wheels.
