Great effect
The stencil needs some practice and experimenting with paint colour and thickness but the effect is fantastic there is no comparison with water slide decals, because it's painted don't have the edge showing and chipping and ware effects are better.
take your time masking use the guide to locate the crosses and perfect german crosses in black and white are achievable. Keep them clean and be careful handling them and they will last for ever.
