It is okay
First of all this thing makes a great espresso for its size and convince factor. I used it at work and home on a daily basis so atleast four times aday, I was happy with it untill it started to leak at the pump. The leaking caused loss of pressure and water to splash all over the place and this is hot water hitting you. I opened the pump and the rubber seal wore out I guess I over used it. I love the look and simplicity of it but I wouldn't recommend it for such a simple failure. That shouldn't happen considering it is all about the pump when it comes down to it. Bad pump bad pressure bad espresso shot.
