  We bought a Steelbook that arrived dented. That was not the big issue. The issue started when we requested a return, the seller responded with insults. We remained polite and courteous throughout. After realizing he had to accept the return, he bought from us a similar product, just to leave negative feedback and falsely claimed the item was missing a disc, despite photo evidence. This is clear feedback extortion. Buyers beware, this seller is extremely retaliatory if you raise a complaint.

  This buyer is part of a scheme that all sellers of media should be aware of. Buyers are buying movies/video games and stealing codes, then opening and damaging the item to claim returns. We are in the process of reporting the buyer to eBay for being a part of the scheme. BEWARE!
