Warn Portable Anchor Plate is a good anchor
Bought this because it was the only product that looked like it would fit my situation....that is tie my cheaper winch to to tree stump. The winch was meant for an ATV. I meant for it to pull logs up a hill and out of the forest so I could cut, split and stack them. Had to drill holes in the plate as my winch's mounting footprint was larger than the plate would accept which means I was using it in a situation that exceeded the plate's defined capabilities. I must say that after about 60 pulls using my Harbor Freight 5000 lb winch this plate has held up exceptionally well.
