Excellent Bible.
I love the CSB translation. It’s is very literal to the original languages and yet very understandable. I love this format of single column Large Print personal size.

Excellent book
Sometimes we forget what all believers before us had to go through to share the message of Christ. We know about the Original 12 but there were many after them and this is their story. Highly recommend this book.

Excellent Bible
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is for the ESV version in the New Scofield Study Bible. The ESV is the most literal translation that we have today next to the NASV. However where the NASV is more for college readers and up, the ESV reads like a cross between the NASV and the NIV. It is very literal to the original texts but reads where the every day reader can understand and grasp what is said without fear of it being watered down. The reason I got this Bible is not so much that it has the Scofield notes, but how well made the Oxford Bible is. They make some of the best made Bibles that will last for years and not fall apart. The paper is high grade that does not bleed thru when marking and the binding is very well made. If you want the ESV and you want a Bible that will last because of quality craftsmanship, this is the one.
