Fits perfectly
This item is a high end addition to your routers. No more need to change your collets when changing from table to router to trim router. This collet is every bit as good (if not better) than the collet that came with my Skil router.

kinda small (and I have small hands)
High quality, easy to mount, and strong. However, the unit is almost too short. If you are a large person, meaning, big hands, you will definitely not like this. Also, the angle is not exactly correct. It feels like my wrist is slightly twisted, and is not comfortable. I will be removing it.

Fit is a question.
Two of these fit, and two others were loose. On the two loose ones, I had to take a screwdriver and bend the potentiometer ear stems outward in order to get them to stay on. Maybe this is a switch issue, maybe not, I dont know. I mounted them on a Gibson 50's PIO wiring harness that was installed in my Epi ES-339 P90 Pro. They look great, but, you might have to 'tweek' them a little.
