sunshine cuising
This is my favorite cookbook, and I do a lot of cooking. The recipes are relatively simple, yet because he is French from a family with a deep tradition of cooking, they have a basis in classic French cuisine without all the steps. They taste really complicated, but they aren't. The recipes are full of flavor because of the Provencal/Caribbean influence. The salmon sauce with cream and rum is the absolute best! (Omit the peppercorns.) Everyone asks for the recipes.I have bought this book for each of my children and many friends.

They are sharp and stay sharp, perfect for perennial garden daily maintenance. They feel just right in the hand, and the point at the end is perfect for precise snips.
