  Seller packaged a puzzle I ordered in a plastic eBay envelope with no bubble wrap or sturdier box to protect it from the damage that crushed it during the shipping process. If you care about the condition your purchase arrives in, be sure to speak to the seller about how he plans to package it. I failed to do that.
