Be in control of poultry trimming.
I gave this as a gift and it was very well received. Wilkinson Sword are up there at the cutting edge. The item was especially for poultry preparation and the scissor design gives more grip & positive control than some of some rival slippery seccateur-type of handles. Very good.

I got these rechargeable batteries for my cordless phone. And d'you know what? They don't keep their charge at all well. So I couldn't recommend them to you. Pity I bought a four-pack.
