Poor quality battery supplied
Battery worked for less than 5 mins, charged to full power again lasted 10 mins . Took a week to work return as Shark eBay team do not reply and when they do don’t bother replying to that . Had to call shark but they don’t deal with eBay items , eventually a manager agreed to raise a ticket to eBay team and all I got was we will pick up your item tomorrow. Replacement received let’s hope this one is better but would never make the mistake again and buy refurbished

Hose leaks like a sieve. Plastic parts absolute rubbish
