Great book
I've had my copy for many years and have either recommended it or purchased copies for others. This copy I purchased and had it sent to a friend. 'This Thing Called You' is just one of the many books written by Dr. Ernest Holmes and it is a great first book for those new to the Science of Mind.
I recommend this to anyone that wants to build on their conscious awareness of the Divinity of All Life, including ourselves. One of the things I suggest is to read each paragraph as it is, and then read it in first person. Each paragraph can be used a s basis for meditation and/or contemplation.
It's an easy read and can be finished quickly, but it's better to take time with it. Let is seep in slowly, there's a lot more than meets the eye.
