  Came very fast, HATED the fact it came in a bubble mailer with only one little layer of bubbles. Thankfully it still works and nothing is wrong with the item. Description was great and good it on a great deal.

  The ad said the item would fit a 17.3" laptop. It didn't, it would only fit a 14". Mine is 17.3" I requested a refund and he immediately refused and closed the request. Buyer beware!! He has no problem mis representing his product and no refund! If I could retract the above feedback, I would.

  Got item without I o shield got my item without CPU guard as soon as item arrived I noticed pins were bent contacted seller and was going to get me for only what I sent I took pictures immediately and. Was told not my packaging after waiting all day long and is American seller left a bad taste in my mouth

  Contacted about a part damaged during shipping, but just stopped responding. Order was poorly packaged and a part was loose when it arrived. I guess they didn't want to deal with it.
