  Item as described in the description and works well. Seller accepted reasonable offer and posted item quickly, postage tracking worked. Although the box when it arrived had a couple of holes in it, (the royal mail postman liked to hide the evidence on the delivery photo) the tuner was undamaged, hence the delay in posting this, as I needed to test everything first.
