I am so sorry this happened. I really wish you had reached out to me prior to leaving negative feedback, I had no idea. I mailed the item using the Ground Advantage shipping speed you requested, it is unfortunately the slowest. I have absolutley no control over anything once I mail the item. Yes, it really does work!

Love The Fish Snacks!

Finally something my super sensitive Golden puppy with multiple food allergies and GI challenges can eat! And she LOVES LOVES LOVES her fish snacks! It is fish, Only fish! We break them up to use as training treats; which amazingly became easier, more fun and more interesting for her (and thus us) with some high reward treats to work for. I can’t say enough good about these pure treats!
