  Always gets a little hairy when a case gets opened because the shipping company isn't sticking to their standards. I always hope eBay will eventually start their own shipping company or buy one out. Until then the frustrating struggle of being the middle-man with buyers on one side and the shipping company on the other will continue. This one did eventually get there and I appreciate the buyer closing the case on their own.
