Classic album from the 80's
An amazingly good album withbexcelkent production,and entertaing content,i had this originally on vynal l.p. but now use C.D. ,gret songs with weird lyrics ,and McCullough's emotive vocals, the cd. Has some exrra tracks, though really they are obvious add on afterthoughts , to fill up playing time, as withnthe L.P. this recording doesnt need them ,its a classic work.

Comprehensive work albeit compromised
Plenty of Donovans great tracks on the album,but a real shame the ORIGINALS of "catch the wind" and "colours" were not included rather than the unfamiliar and rather inferior later recordings.

The Stones Rolled.
An example of the variety of material the Rolling Stones were capable of producing,a definite dark city bed sit land sound of the might 1960's with some delicacy and finesse and social comment included.I personally love this type of Stones material just as much if not more than their later rock numbers. A highly recommended album.favourite track"back street girl" fabulous with a hint of French accordion.
