Great book for fitness and nutrition.

It has so much information in there about every aspect of how to make and keep your body in the best shape, but in the same time it's really brief, funny and so easy to read! It's really rare to find books like that! And he is absolutely right about celebritys programs that was made for them, but not for others, everybody's different, and you gotta find your own exercises and ways of doing them, the way it works best for you and your goals. He is brilliant! Absolutely will recommend it to all my friends! Book came fast and in perfect condition. Thank you and author so much!
