"You get what you pay for" and then some...
I had been searching for sometime for an Island to hold my Kitchen Aid and all the heavy attachments boy can be pricey. So when I saw this one and it was a great price I debated to order it since we were I the middle of another house project!I pondered for a day and ordered it. I was worried then when we were ready it would no longer be that price! It is true" You get what you pay for!"
This is the most poor quality item I have EVER purchased. The "silver! Knobs are PLASTIC and go not tighten therefore are wobbly and doors or drawer can not be opened. The bottom of the drawer is a flimsy piece of something. The laminate bottom piece of the cart was not adhered properly so you can see the particle board. The bottom & corners of the doors were also separated at the laminate. There were also scratches/marks on the doors from the manufacturer.
Well, I had an unexpected hand surgery which slowed down our current project. The box has not moved since it was delivered. So, we just finished the other project and excitedly had my husband open the box to the MASSIVE DISSAPPOINTMENT of a mess inside. I IMMEDIATELY emailed the seller. They were very kind and were contacting the manufacturer for me. They were a go between for several days this week.
I was told that the scratches were "minor" and it is past the 30 day return policy. It has been 40 days per the manufacturer and they are going to do NOTHING.I had emailed took pictures and sent them. Well, they failed to comment on the the massive chuck off the top corner, knobs etc..you get the idea. I was not asking for a NEW one, I was NOT asking for monetary deduction. I merely wanted them to replace the parts and they WILL NOT DUE TO THE 30 days policy.
Basically, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, unless you WANT to intentionally throw your money AWAY on a product that should be in the TRASH. If you do...make
The choice to purchase it...when you get it...OPEN IT IMMEDIATELY to find all the things I have described above and make sure to contact them within the "30 days policy"

Fits Perfect!
The product was good quality & easy to install. The part was packaged perfect & no damage. My only complaint is that it was not delivered by the date given.
