Excellent & much cheaper than a docking station that supplies power. Plug it in, bury it under stuff & forget about it.
I love it.
Can dock my work laptop using one USB cable, gives me two external screens, a bunch of USBs, tidies up my cables & means when i am back & forth from the office, i can do it without taking my desk apart.
I found it kept the lights on my keyboard illuminated when the laptop was off at first, but i plugged in an un-powered USB hub i had been using before in & it sorted that problem too.
I have recommended it to my team at work, being able to plug two external screens has been the most transformative thing.
