I love ebay. I've been a member since 2000 - buying and selling. I'm a Graphic Designer and Photographer by trade and over recent years I've added Web Design and Hosting to my 'portfolio' of skills. I deliberately price my services at the affordable (cheaper!) end of the market so I don't have to spend on advertising. This approach has worked well for me as I always seem to have enough work to keep the wolf from the door. I have eclectic tastes in all branches of the arts - enjoying Literature, Poetry, Art and Music. My favourite quotation may, perhaps, be an old Chinese proverb but it's also been attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt. Either way, it strikes me as useful life advice: “It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness”.

Cheap pocket scales

Good value for money
Metal backboards more robust than plastic or mdf type. Also weigh more, so more stable in windy weather. Users should be careful of sharp edges
