  Great communication from the start. Timely shipped with USPS and was impressed with packaging. Box was covered with fragile stickers. Item was damaged when I opened the box. No fault of sellers. Seller quickly responded to my message and pictures. Immediately gave agreed to partial refund amount. Was genuinely concerned. Would buy from again.

  Amazing seller. Communicated great. Figure arrived in prestine condition as described with everything wrapped up and individually packaged. I highly recommend working with them! Shipping was quick aside from weather delays which no one is responsible for. But UPS did actually bump up its arrival by 1 day. Figure looks exquisite in my display hutch.
