  Good communications. Dispatched quickly. Unfortunately item arrived damaged. Vendor blamed the carrier but I’d say it was due to poor protection (heavy item wrapped in an old towel). I asked for full refund but was offered half refund which I reluctantly accepted. In my view sellers have a responsibility to pack well, a point not accepted by this seller. I won’t be buying here again. Shame as item would have been perfect for me if undamaged.
