Salley Family book has been out of print for over 50 years.
This is my family. The original book was sold out decades ago and no one who has one will ever give it up.
I am tickled pink to find me, my grand father, and grandmother, my father, my mother and my sisters in there.
My father's cousins, his great aunts, and uncles all the way back to before the Revolution are there.
I did buy the paperback version and it seems to hold up fine.
I'll say again I am 5+ stars pleased.

Good second book in the Savannah series.
Wonderful book in the series. It was good to see how the characters matured in their relationship with each other.

Wonderfully preserved antique book.
The fact that is truly an Antique book says it all. I've admired the poetry of this author almost all of my life. Sometimes we forget that we didn't just learn the art of literature in our own generation.
I appreciate that this book has been enjoyed by others for nearly 100 years.. I ordered two different publish dates of this volume. In th oldest I found a slip of paper used as a bookmark. It had handwriting from either the early 20th or late 19th century!
