  Seller took several days to ship the package then once it arrived it took several more days for them to transfer the digital ownership rites. Seller described the item as "open-box but not used" well it is was used. The device had been on-boarded, location asserted, and earned tokens. Seller would not respond to multiple messages and only took action once I opened a complaint with Ebay. I would NOT transact with this person
