DripDrop is among the best, if not the best electrolyte dehydration relief amongst the mountain of brands out there. My only caveat is this one has sugar. So for the diabetics, I can't say which sugar free brand was the best. I did try many brands; both sugar and sugar free. To me the sugar free were missing that key ingredient; which happened to be sugar.

I bought this item for two out of the five flavors. I run two pods per cup. So, I can mix them. One of the flavors I want and a random flavor like pikes place or bkfst club.
