Adequate replacement for worn out original part
This product replaced the original that came with my Krups espresso machine. The design of the original filter basket was not very good: it was chrome-plated alloy, and the basket developed a lot of corrosion that resulted in the chrome peeling off. The plastic handle has also developed cracks after 4 years of normal use, and will probably fail within the next 6 months. The basket design is difficult to clean really well; it has to be taken apart with a star-keys, and it is hard to clean all the accumulated coffee 'tar' out of all the nooks and crannies. This replacement basket is the same basic hard-to-clean design, but without the chrome-plated finish.

Does what it's supposed to do
I have used it before, so I know what I'm getting. If it wasn't any good I wouldn't have ordered more.

Very effective and works quickly.

It is important to really massage it in well on the area to be treated, especially in the soft tissue areas around and between joints. It eased the pain in my arthritic elbow literally overnight. It also greatly reduced the sporadic discomfort of a knee with damaged cartilage. I would recommend treating afflicted areas twice a day at first, and then once a day or every 2 or 3 days as required. The gel has quite a strong aromatic odour which I don't mind (similar to 'Deep Heat'), but my wife doesn't like it so I try to use it when she's not going to be nearby.
