Not sized as described
I bought this to replace one in a piece of equipment. Size mattered.
I used a micrometer to measure the one I had to replace. Based upon those measurements, I ordered this one.
It's about 3 mm bigger in 2 directions than as described. As such, it did not fit, and because I had to go to a customers place of business and remove equipment to repair, I was then forced to pay 20.00 for a replacement at radio shack.

Works for me.
Worked out fine. Needed these since radio shack disappeared.

Good hard hat, good price, can't really go wrong
Great hardhat. MUCH better than Home Cheapo or Lowes quality. It is NOT carbon fiber, but is more fiberglass resin like.
The support structure inside is also very nice. Multiple points of suspension so it does transfer differently than the cheap plastic ones available at the above listed stores. BUT, after a long day of work, this does feel better.
It takes a bit of getting used to, as well as a break in period, but you will be happier with this hard hat than you ever will be with a cheapy 3M junker.
