Great for call center.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I’m using these at work for my CX job in a call center. Infinitely better than simple headphones bcse of the noise cancelling feature in both the headphones and mic. Customers can now hear less of the background noises that normally get picked up by the mic and I’m no longer distracted by all the conversations going on around me in my open office. Also much easier and quicker adjusting the volume. Don’t know a thing about gaming but for office work, these are fantastic.
