Not acidic!
The product I received is not acidic at all. Could not bring down the pH of some of my product and when I tested this MAP diluted in distilled water, it tests at pH of 7.

Great product
Who doesn't love vanilla? These beans were very aromatic and flavorful. Will purchase again when I'm out of my current batch.

Easy to fill
Although these are smallest size I've filled, they were easier than expected. The top "snapped" on firmly and stayed in place. I would purchase these again.
