Great ferrules, easy fit... nuff said!
I got these to remove the oem V shaped tailpiece on my Dean Z. The string holes in the body were only slightly smaller than the ferrul diameter. So... quick work with a drill bit and a hairs worth of hole reaming and they tapped right in nice and solid. Looks great and does its job of keeping the strings out of the wood. I have purchased several bits of upgrades from 'Philly over the years and they never fail to amaze! Cheers!

Soft feel, soft sound, meh....
I've always heard good things about these strings so I thought I'd try em out. I have mixed feelings about them. They feel GREAT on my fingers, almost a 'soft' feel. They look very cool on my black and white strat. But... It seems like the sound is somewhat muted - maybe even darker I would say. I dont know if its just in my head or for real but I likely will not use these on other guitars.

P Bass Brown Tortie Pickguard
This is an incredibly well made pickguard and the color is perfect. I compared mine with the pic in the listing and its spot on. And has a different pattern so you know its not just run off a million identical ones. Also the listing description states this wont fit a Squier P-bass. Not true, it will if you trim out the split single coil pickup cut outs. Just make them slightly bigger in all directions and good to go. As a bonus, the seller i got it from is in China but was still delivered well before the ETA. Very happy with this purchase.
