Multi-purpose Ear plugs
Good value for money and are actually durable. Use them for sleep and they do the job. Not too big as to cause discomfort in ears so Overall pleased.

A bit disappointed
I have a very similar Casio watch to this but the difference is the display on this one is faint. Looks like it will lose battery after a year or something. It can be difficult to read sometimes at daytime but it’s something you have to get used to.
The light is a good feature as it is timed to 3 seconds and is bright.
The watch on the right in the image is the one bought compared to my original which I paid £20.00 from Argos
I would recommend as a backup watch only
