surprised how well my nails grew.
My nails have been awful for several years since a bad removal of gel nails, they split, snap, and just dont grow. I am impressed with this product, my nails are actually growing regularly, and I can file them to eventually get rid of the splitting.

Comfort, and pain relief, excellent.
I bought this for my son who drives a lot, and got a lot of backache, which shouldn't happen at 23, the difference was immediate...no more backache :- therefore this product is tops..
