  Item was missing key components and wasn't checked by seller. Wasted 1hr collecting. To be fair, seller did give a full refund. However, as we tried to navigate through ebay's return/refund procedures, he was very unpleasant to deal with. Abrupt, passive aggressive, know-all type. Totally inflexible. Terrible communication skills. I was just trying my best, and ok, maybe i got it wrong a bit, but he was horrible. Avoid.

  Buyer said a couple of Allen keys and some spacers missing. I immediately offered full refund and let him keep the item. He then lied to eBay and said he didn't have item, blocking my refund. Responded promptly and clearly, well to the first 20 messages anyway. Some people you can't help and his biggest problem is his own immaturity and dishonest nature.
