Excellent retro steampunk memory

Brass, leather, and not a trace of plastic. Super long cord covered in woven cloth, not plastic. On-ear pads for comfort. What a blast from the past these headphones are. This reminds me of scientific instrumentation, all brass knobs, glass dials, and wood cases, in the time of World War II, before plastic and sheet metal set in. Sound? Probably great for the era, but headphones have advanced in the ensuing 30 years, so they are unique, but not better than today's modestly-priced non-celebrity headphones. They are polite... not fatiguing, a light and fast sound, clear but modest bass, and a reasonable soundstage. But they are a good, pleasant listen, more realistic than $350 celebrity headphones of today, and they delight me. I am pleased!

Nowhere do instructions (not in English) tell you that you need to hold Volume Down and Pause at once to put it into Bluetooth pairing mode.
