Lightweight but not waterproof.

I found the product to have lots of holes in the back mounting plate which would make it impossible to seal the unit. When opening the unit there are little parts (the metal side strips) which will fall out and it's difficult to re-assemble. It would be a nightmare if trying to work on the light when up a mast or hanging over the pull pit of a boat. I would recommend going for navigation lights more towards the 25 USD mark.

Sturdy and well fitting

These fittings are well made and strong. Fitting them is easy and I can't ask for anything more.

Easy to install

Theis product brought my compressor back up to like new, and it only took about 15 minutes to change out the parts. The piston ring is good for about 60 to 80 hours of use. I can't say exactly how long the cylinder sleve lasts, but I imagen it lasts through 4 to 8 changes of piston rings (but that's just a guess).
