Cheap generator but if you want quality get a honda or yamaha.
Ok heres the low down review on this generator.
Good:
1: Cheap price
2: Fairly quiet not honda/yamaha quiet.
Bad:
1: this generator is tuned for sea level. At 4000ft it runs rich.
2: Generator shuts off if the oil gets slightly low. If generator starts stays on for 15 secs then shuts down with oil light its slightly low. Check oil every 11 hours.
3: Before starting for the first time go down and get some dirtbike airfilter oil and oil the filter before use.
4: Do not and I stress do not place generator in any kinda sand or loose dirt. It will suck dirt right into the airfilter. I put the generator on a board if its in sand or loose dirt.
5: go one hotter on spark plug. most auto stores carry plugs.
If you need to take the carb out just on screw the solenoid from the very top. two Silver screw not the two golden screws. If you take the top black assembly off the small spring is gonna blast off the throttle. Ebays aftermarket Honda aluminum cap with magnet and funnel work on this generator.
