  My item arrived early, it was exceptionally well packed (it was an art glass piece), and it was exactly as described and expected. This Seller went above and beyond trying to help me track down the package when there was a delivery hiccup within my condo building that had absolutely to do with her. Fabulous communication.   I was a little worried at 1st about ordering china on eBay, but it arrived without a scratch.Kat did one hell of a job wrapping each piece separately and shipped it out as promised, one of eBay’s best vendors !
