Very happy with my Christmas present to me!
This is a nice little amateur home weather station by La Crosse. It has indoor & outdoor temp and humidity, day, date, time, moon phase. My favorite thing is the barometer. The station has a forecast feature that makes it's predictions based on the barometer readings. The only thing missing is a wind speed indicator or a wi-fi feature. I really wanted wind speed but just couldn't swing the $. I could care a less about the wi-fi part. I'm a dinosaur stuck in the 21rst century so life is complicated enough without mucking it up with wi-fi. The meter itself has a power adapter and the outdoor sending unit uses two AA batteries. A final nice feature is that La Crosse has several You Tube videos specific to La Crosse Weather Stations. Helpful tips about set-up, where to place the sending unit and meter, maintenance and how to use it. The videos are nicely produced and professionally rendered.

fun combining kits
Good model kit, simple, average detail. There is only a bottom half of the engine. This seems to be a Tamiya thing. Regardless, had great fun with this kit as I cut off the back half of the bodywork and installed a cargo bed from a Tamiya Protze.
